Zingerman’s Cornman Farms

On a warm summer day, we joined Chef Kieron Hales for a tour of Zingerman’s Cornman Farms and a lovely French dinner. Kieron showed us what it takes to be an internationally trained chef, and operate a farm-to-table award-winning event venue: devotion to a life’s work of mastering the culinary arts and an infectious sense of humor. The touch of a British accent doesn’t hurt, either.
