  • What’s the first step?
    • We pride ourselves on customer service. Whenever possible, we always like to start with a phone call to explain the process and ensure we’re delivering a product you and your community will be excited about. Please contact with the form above and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
  • What kind of photos should I send?
  • What is the average turnaround time?
    • From the time your order is confirmed and sent to print, cards and stickers usually ship within 5 or 6 business days. Ceramic chips usually ship in about 2 week. However, each order requires a photo, a style to be applied, and a bio written for the back (applies to cards only). The total timeframe to fulfill an order can vary, depending on these factors and department approval (when applicable).
  • Will I be able to review the cards before they are sent to print?
    • Absolutely. To ensure that all information is correct and that you are happy with the finished design, we require a “print approval” email before an order is sent to production.
  • Can the cards use a photo taken with a cellphone?
    • Yes. Cellphone cameras are remarkably powerful, but that doesn’t mean every cellphone photo will work. The two most important factors are the pixel dimensions of the image and how bright/dark/contrasty the K9 appears in the image.   • Do you have any tips on how to get the best photos of my K9?
  • I don’t have any photos of my K9. Do you also offer photo services?
    • Yes. We are based in the Metro-Detroit area and primarily service South Eastern Michigan. However, we are available for travel in the event multiple dogs at your department or training group would all like portraits. Please see our dog portrait session info at
  • Do you offer additional types of cards?
    • Yes. While the specifications for our standard cards are shown above, we can customize your order any way you would like. Foil cards, mirror finish, large size, even stickers – Just let us know what you’re looking for!
  • How do I pay for a set of cards?
    • Once the number of cards, design style, and number of variations have been provided, we will email you an invoice. Payments are accepted through PayPal, Venmo, or with a check.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    • Single Orders – While our process for stylizing the image on the front of the card takes more time than simply applying a frame, we have ensured our pricing remains competitive in the K9 trading card industry. At the moment, we are unable to offer discounts on single orders.
